16th July 2019 – Evesham Lock to Evesham Marina
Fathers Day! That means beer and a bite to eat at the Royal Oak. Awesome. The weather is definately picking up and there has been a lot less rain of late and the river is looking calmer. The marina is about 300 yards up the river so we should be fine to go there today.
So after a blow out meal at the Royal oak, a couple of pints of the Royal Oak ale we were done. The food was amazing, one of the best Lamb roasts I’ve had – absolutely top notch. Plenty of meat and veg and all cooked to perfection.
It’s time to move! We are off to the marina to get filed up with Gas, Diesel, Water and electricity for the batteries.
