Kingwood Junction

28th July 2019 – Wootton Wawen to Kingswood Junction.

Dave turned up in the evening when we were moored at Wootton Wawen and fitted the new part – so that is the end of the toilet saga! We stayed the night then set off around 11:00 up the canal. It seems odd that we are reaching the end of the Stratford Canal already, as when we get to Kingswood Junction we will be turning onto the Grand Union canal.

The sailing was breathtaking

Kingswold is lovely. Really pretty. We will stay here overnight today and also Saturday as it will be too hot to travel, then we will set off again on Sunday down the Grand Union towards Warwick.
